I visited Yuanbao Jiaozi in Burlingame, CA on Monday, 2/24/25, around 7:30 PM. In terms of the food, I tried the following: 1) House Special Beef Noodle Soup 2) Pork, Shrimp, Chive & Egg Dumpling 3) Pork, Shrimp, Chive & Egg Dumpling in Chili Oil All of the dishes were extremely tasty and palatable. If I had to pick a favorite, it was the House Special Beef Noodle Soup. The broth was just dynamite! What stood out to me was that I saw the chefs prepare the fresh dumplings from the kitchen. The staff members were super attentive and beyond friendly. The restaurant was modern, clean, and nicely decorated. Overall, my dining experience was pleasantly enjoyable. From the food, service, and ambiance, it was spectacular. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant.

Good food, spacious interior. You can see the cooks preparing all the dough through a glass window. Fun times all around. My fav thing about it was the ability to order dumplings in broth. The broth kept the dumplings piping hot and it was fun to sip the broth with the dumplings. I hate when you order dumplings and they get cold quickly. I wouldn't say I was blown away by anything in particular so 4/5 stars seems appropriate

Discovered this place on accident cause everything else was closed around 2pm during the weekend. Very good traditional noodle dishes - beef noodle soup is a must try. Other must tries are the dumplings. The fried ones are on every table for a reason - good portions and yummy. Warning, they are HOT. Really can't go wrong with items there. XLB good, not great - but you can buy frozen ones to steam at home. The Dandan noodles are spicy but wonderful flavored. Heck! The drinks are even good. Only down side that it can get pricey. But that's the norm for restaurants in the area.

A very nice comfortable delicious quick dinner. You can watch the ladies prepare the dumplings behind the clear windows. The space is very open and very clean atmosphere. We went to dinner with grandson and he knew how to scan code at the table and order food. We could probably have figured it out eventually but would have taken us old folks longer to order! Yuanbao delivers an authentic flavorful dumpling. We started with Lotus Root salad; very crunchy thinly sliced lotus root with very tasty good seasoning. I enjoyed the lotus root salad because it was different. Then we had Dandan Noodles which was also very good. Ordered two different dumplings; corn and chicken dumpling an napa cabbage and pork dumpling in chili oil. Every order was very good. We would come back and try other entrees. Turns out we can also eat at Yuanbao in San Francisco which is very close to home. The Burlingame Yuanbao was new, clean, cozy and the tables filled up by the time we finished eating. Gonna go try the one in San Francisco on Irving St. next.

Brought kids one night. It is situated right next to Lunardi. Place is very clean with see through kitchen. We got a seaweed appetizer, shrimp dumplings, pork cabbage dumplings and a soup dumplings. Seaweed was pretty decent and fresh. Love my shrimp dumplings. Shrimps are super tender. Pork cabbage is nicely flavored. Soup dumplings are okay too. Kids loved it. All food is super authentic. Dumplings came with plenty of stuffings. Service was pretty fast and friendly. Like this place and we have ordered takeout from here a few times and it never disappoints.

We eaten her so many times and recently got take out for CNY. I recommend you come early as the place usually gets packed over the weekend, there are usually people waiting before the restaurant opens. They turn tables around really quickly though! Service is always just ok, but it's a fast paced restaurant. The interior is spacious and usually really clean. The food is delicious. The mixed salad was a stand out, the sauce is amazing. All of their dumplings are pretty good, my partner especially like the one with fish. The skin for their dumplings are a lot better than other places. The beef noodles was just ok, and the same with the Dan Dan noodles. I would skip out on the spicy beef/tendon slices next time, it was just too greasy.

Chinese dumpling place in Burlingame. Must be popular because we ran into my sister's ex colleague who drove from Cupertino for their dumplings with his parents. You order off a QR code from the table but they have menus at the table. The pork and cabbage dumplings were very good. I liked the tofu stick skin appetizer but my sister says their pig ear appetizer is better. We liked their pickled cabbage beef noodle soup but wish there was a better soup to noodle ratio. There was more noodle than soup. The restaurant is clean and very new looking on the inside. They sell frozen dumplings next to the register in the front. There are specials where you can buy gift certificates and get a certain amount for free but you have to buy them before you redeem them. I overheard the employee telling the man buying frozen dumplings before he rung us up. You can't use the gift certificates with the bonus on the same day you buy them.

So yummy! My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday night, it was packed but we got sat immediately. It was bustling inside! We ordered 3 dishes and each dish had its own unique flavors and was an overall great meal! The braised spareribs noodle soup was light but seasoned perfectly for my taste buds, my boyfriend also really enjoyed it. The meat fell off the bones making it easy to eat! The pork xiaolongbaos were solid! They were juicy and flavorful, always love ordering xiaolongbaos! The special mix salad was vinegary and spicy. A perfect way to start off the meal. For me, I thought the vinegar was a little too strong so I washed it in the noodle soup and that made it better!

We came here on a rainy day, parking was pretty easy to find. We got seated pretty easily and service was quick. You order through a QR code. It was nicely decorated. This isn't the fault of the restaurant, but there was a toddler screaming the entire time we were there. We ordered the dan dan noodles, xiao long bao, potstickers, and dumplings in chili oil. We were so impressed by the dan dan noodles that we wound up ordering another one! This was enough food for the 4 of us! Nothing was too spicy, they also have some extra chili oil which helped bring a bit of a kick but not too much heat. Dumplings were yummy but nothing to write home about. Heard some of the servers speaking Cantonese, which was nice! Would probably come back and get more dan dan noodles!
